ABOUT OVERLOOK

Overlook is a 44 unit condominium complex located in the White Mountain Region of New

Hampshire off of State Route 49. Our address is Overlook Road, Campton, NH 03223.

We are directly across from Campton Pond and our location is one of the best in this region.

There are five major ski areas within a 45 minute ride. The closest is Waterville Valley which is 10

minutes away and the farthest is Bretton Woods which is 45 minutes away. ln between these two

areas are Loon and Cannon.

We are 10 minutes from Plymouth, NH, the home of Plymouth State University.

This is also the area's commerce region with supermarkets, retail stores, restaurants and many other shops.

The area around Overlook is a hiker's delight with mile upon mile of trails throughout the White Mountain National Forest, some within walking distance, some a short drive away.

Golfers will be at home at Overlook with five golf courses within a 20 minute ride. One of New Hampshire's premier courses, Owl's Nest, is a short 5 minute ride.

The views from Overlook are outstanding. They change with the seasons, lush in the summer, colorful in the fall and crisp and clean looking in the winter. A photographers delight!

Summer is busy at Overlook. Our two tennis courts are available and a game is fairly easy to put together.

all are welcome, beginner or 4.0 players.

Our full size gunite pool is heated to a comfortable 75+ degrees. Enjoy a refreshing swim or just sit around the pool with a good book.
