NEMSIS Reporting

In April 2009, everyone was required to submit their EMS incidents to a National Reporting Database. For Michigan, incidents should be submitting monthly to the selected company called "ImageTrend". The website is www.mi-emsis.org.

For those departments using FireHouse Software for reporting you should be using the current version of the "NEMSIS Patient Export" on Firehouse Software's website. The most current version can be found by Clicking Here. The look on the left side of the page for the .FHz file to import into Firehouse.
