Google Forms

You can embed forms directly into your website. You can collect any type of information you want with Google Forms.

1. First create your form in Google Drive.

2. Once you have your form created choose Insert > Spreadsheet Form.

3. Choose the form you want to insert and click on Select.

4. Adjust the settings the way you want.

   • You may need to play around with the height setting if you do not want an additional scroll bar on the page.
