Welcome!

Welcome to my web-site!

I am an Assistant Professor in Information Systems at Rotterdam School of Management of Erasmus University. I am interested in digital platforms for user-generated content (UGC) and social networks. I study how different platform governance mechanisms affect knowledge generation and diffusion on social media and UGC platforms and how information disseminated online affects consumption and decisions of individuals. I am also interested how digital platform participation is related to the important economic and societal processes such as economic conditions and migration. I addressed these questions using the data from the digital platforms including Wikipedia, Twitter, and an online labour platform Microworkers.

My research is published in Information Systems Research, MISQ,  Journal of Economics & Management Strategy, and Experimental Economics.
