Cancellation Policy

Student Illness

If a student is unable to go to school or work due to illness, please DO NOT come to lessons. We can try and make up the missed lesson at a different time, this is for the health and safety of the instructor and other students. If the student is still able to have a lesson, but just feeling under the weather, we can always do a virtual lesson, just let Ms. Jana know.

As long as the lesson is cancelled with more than a 2 hour notice you will not be charged. If the lesson is cancelled with less than a 2 hour notice you will be charged $8.00 for the missed lesson. Thank you!

Teacher Illness

If Ms. Jana (or family) is ill and unable to teach a lesson, we will try to reschedule the lesson for a different day. We also may be able to do a virtual lesson. If the lesson is unable to be rescheduled, you will not be charged for that lesson.

Missed Lesson

If a student is going to miss a lesson, they (or a parent) must contact their teacher BEFORE the missed lesson. When I am contacted in advance, lessons can be rescheduled for another time that week.

If a lesson is cancelled with less than a 2 hour notice or the student doesn't show without any notice - a "No Show", the student will be charged $8.00 for the missed lesson. We will still try to reschedule.
