Tour of National Astronomical Observatory of Japan (NAOJ)!!

We had 15 people in visiting National Astronomical Observatory of Japan (NAOJ) in Mitaka and observed it with Dr. Nishikawa of NAOJ explaining it. We observed the optical system to use for a interferometric gravitational wave detector using the Michelson interferometer, optical and infrared interferometer and the coronograph observation.

今回の国立天文台見学には15名が参加し、国立天文台の西川先生に説明していただきながら見学しました。

マイケルソン干渉計を用いた干渉計型重力波検出器や、光赤外干渉計やコロナグラフ観測に用いる光学系を見学しました。
