Playoff and tourney info

· The top two teams in each division will automatically qualify for the state tournament. The #1 seeds will host a #2 seed from a different division in a one game playoff on either Saturday (16^th) or Sunday (17^th). The winner of this playoff game will get a first round bye in the state tournament. The losers will play on the first day of the state tournament.

· The third place teams in each division will play a fourth place team from a different division in a one game playoff to qualify for the state tournament on either Saturday (16^th) or Sunday (17^th). The winners of this playoff game will advance to the state tournament and play on the first day of the tournament. The losers of this game will be done.

1. There is no time-limit on each game. They will be played to a conclusion.

2. High school rules with no courtesy runners, no speed-up rules.

3. Ten-run-rule will be in effect.

4. Higher seed is the home team. If two teams have the same seed, a coin flip will determine the home team.

5. No pre-game infield/outfield.

6. Hillsboro will be in the third base dugout for their games but will not be automatically the home team.
