BMC_DEBUG was written while I was employed by Biomed Central, an online publisher of open-access medical journals.

The project source code is released under the "New BSD" licence, which allows unlimited redistribution for any purpose as long as the copyright notices and the license's disclaimers of warranty are maintained.
