Occupational Psychology Research Team

The Occupational Psychology Research Team is an applied research team in the Department of Management at the University of Alabama. Broadly defined, we seek to conduct research on employee attitudes and well-being that has implications for both individual employees as well as their organizations. The research teams consists of organizational psychologists and HR analysts, with expertise in statistical and methodological consulting. The team has extensive experience in working with organizations looking to make strategic decisions regarding designing research, collecting and analyzing data, and presenting and disseminating research findings. As a team, we pride ourselves on applying sound methods and techniques to address pressing business needs in clear, concise, and accessible ways.
