Website update to OpenPMU V2.0

posted 25 Nov 2014, 06:51 by David Laverty

It's been a long time since a major update to the website, but that's not to say there hasn't been a lot going on in the OpenPMU labs!  We've been busy working on an entirely new OpenPMU research platform, even more open source than the last.  Essentially we've been creating the components needed for a fully modularised OpenPMU, breaking the project up into 1) data acquisition, 2) phase estimation, 3) telecommunications.

As ever with open source, documenting our work is a nightmare!  We're all enthusiasts for the work, but we don't like writing manuals and guides.  To that end, we'd love to hear from volunteers who could help us improve our documentation.

Watch this space, updates will be going up over the coming weeks and months.  If you're eager, send an email and we'll send you a sneak peak!
