OpenPMU Pre-Compliance Test

The OpenPMU Pre-Compliance Test is a method which allows PMUs to be tested according to the scenarios recommended in IEEE C37.118.1-2011 and IEEE C37.118.1-2014a.

This is especially useful for testing PMU devices which claim compliance against the 2005 issue of the standard against the new dynamic scenarios in subclauses 5.5.6, 5.5.7 and 5.5.8 of the 2011 standard and 2014 amendment.
