Roz O'Neil, CTRS, ACC

Rosalind O’Neil Has a Bachelor’s of Science in Therapeutic Recreation from Arizona State University. She is a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist, an Activity Consultant Certified and a Certified Dementia Practitioner. Roz is the President of O’Neil Concept Group, Inc. with over 37 years’ experience in therapeutic recreation specifically. 31 years specifically she has consulted to long term care facilities in Arizona.

Roz has taught the National Certification Council for Activity Professionals Modular Education Program for Activity Professionals since 1998. In addition to consulting, since 2009 Roz works at the Phoenix Veterans Administration Medical Center and is a Recreation Therapist working in the Community Living Center.

Roz has a passion for caregivers and believes through activities people find their purpose to discover and live life to the fullest at any age and stage.

Jenifer Ericson, ACC

Received her Bachelors of Science in Education with Special Education from Northern Arizona University 2011. She has been teaching in The Paradise Valley Unified Education District for 9 years. She spent her life volunteering in different Activity Programs and decided to take the Modular Education Courses for Activity Professionals in 2011. Employed at O’Neil Concept Group, Inc. since 2010 and is Activity Consultant Certified. She is excited to utilize her expertise in teaching to assist others in achieving their goals.
