Our Story

O'Neil Concept Group Inc. is local small business started in 1989 grown from word of mouth, incorporated in 1992. Rosalind O'Neil is the President and is a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist and Activity Consultant Certified. She has a Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation from Arizona State University. Roz has over 30 years experience in therapeutic recreation with over 30 + years specifically consulting to over 50 long term care facilities in Arizona. Roz has been instructing the MEPAP Part 1 & Part 2 Courses since 1998 and is passionate about assisting Activity Professionals to become certified with the National Certification Council of Activity Professionals.
