Victor's brothers were Emilio Galan Olaes, Cornelio Galan Olaes, Nemcio Galan Olaes, Constantino Galan Olaes, and Leopoldo Galan Olaes. His sisters were Soledad (Galan) Olaes Basa and Petronila (Galan) Olaes Deleon. Vistor had two half-brothers from his father's side, Higihig Olaes and Anastacio Olaes and a half-sister from his mother's side, Beatrice (Galan) Lontote Balan.
Victor married Pricilla Robles Crudo on .............. Their son was Emmanuel Crudo Olaes and daughter was Roslyn (Crudo) Olaes Granger. His son was also Gene Olaes, and an adopted son Raymond Victor Olaes.
