September Meeting Results

Many thanks to all those who attended our September meeting. We had a great turnout and it was good to see so many people interested in the well being of our neighborhood and HOA. The voting has been tallied and recorded, showing that the HOA members are in favor of raising rates (by $100 annually) to support the building of the fence around our retention pond, and to allow for improved neighborhood maintenance. There was a concern raised that members would like to see the actual annual budgets and figures, as well as projections of costs and expenses for next year. These have been added to the resource center within this website, and they are open for HOA members to download and see. Thanks again to everyone who attended the meeting. We look forward to seeing you at the January meeting, and we hope you will be open to being involved in the HOA leadership next year, as seats on both the HOA board and the HOA presidency will be opening.
