ART ROOM Code of Conduct
I am expected to ENTER THE ART ROOM IN A RESPECTFUL MANNER and quietly find my seat.
I am expected to be quiet and respectful while my teacher is instructing or demonstrating an art technique.
I WILL NEVER CALL OUT OR SHOUT ACROSS THE ART ROOM!
I will raise my hand and use classroom manners.
I am expected to use art supplies carefully and will replace any supplies I misuse or break. (I will NEVER THROW any art supplies).
I am expected to remain in my assigned seat during class unless I have to retrieve supplies.
I am expected to complete all projects in a timely manner and give all assignments my best effort. I will complete projects for homework when I am unable to complete them in class.
I am expected to keep my voice at an “Indoor Level” while working and not disturb other classmates.
If I finish early…I will choose one of the following: Free-draw from the art books, Free-draw on 1 sheet of paper, Color an intricate design sheet, Do a famous Artist Worksheet, Complete an Art Word Search.
I WILL NOT ROAM THE ART ROOM AND DISTURB OTHER STUDENTS!
I am expected to clean up after myself and push in my chair. I will end class by standing quietly behind my tucked in chair until called to line up.
I will not complain!
I have read the above expectations and will abide by them for a more productive art class.
