(3) Collective digital regulation by organisations, unions, and policy makers (e.g., right to disconnect, restrictions on bossware use, AI and privacy legislation) and their outcomes on human and civil rights.

She has published Living with Digital Surveillance in China. Citizens’ Narratives on Technology, Privacy, and Governance (Routledge, 2023) and over 75 peer-reviewed chapters and co-authored articles in management, sociology, psychology, information systems, and interdisciplinary journals (e.g., Academy of Management Review, Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Management, Human Relations, Annual Review of Sociology, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Vocational Behavior, Journal of the Association for Information Systems, Computers in Human Behavior, Community, Work and Family).
