I am an Assistant Professor of Finance (tenure-track) at WU Vienna and the Vienna Graduate School of Finance (VGSF).

Previously, I was a post-doctoral researcher at the Department of Economics (Finance Group) at the University of Bonn.

My research is centered around banks, social networks, and natural disasters.
