Teaching Philosophy: New generation of students is one of the most valuable assets for global community. Our task as mentors and teachers in higher education is to cherish and assist in getting the best out of the provided courses. Definitely, students deserve the same respect that professors expect from them (it’s not the one way road). We have to learn from each other, develop active communication and find the way out. It is important for the youth to get all the variety of methods and real-life examples. For the elders it is important to keep the pace and stay fit in order to propose the exact educational service needed. Each year it takes more effort from each side for result achieved, but “onion is worth peeling”.
Teaching goals:
