Comfy Queen bedroom: $6500.00* ($65/night, $370/week)

Sage Queen bedroom: $650.00* ($65/night, $370/week)

Two Large Queen bedroom (upstairs): $650.00* ($65/night, $370/week)

Master Suite with King bed, walk in closet and large bathroom: $850* ($105/night, $490/week)

(2 shared bathrooms except Master Suite has a private bathroom)

2 Large living rooms; shaded porch, swimming pool and plenty of parking.

*long term rental; shared bedrooms $450 per month includes utilities and prepaid. Month to month lease beginning the first of the month. Pro-rate early entry but no partial months at the end of the lease.

Nightly rental: add 10% bed tax for Shasta County

Single occupancy/additional person $20.00 per night
