Meet the new fastest Novice Butterflyer in CYO history: OLAN's very own Eli!

This is the first swim to break the 16 second barrier, beating the old record of 16.07 (which had stood for fifteen years) by 0.10 seconds.

OLAN Girls take overall Silver at the A-Division Championship, and clinch the top spot among the Brooklyn teams! It was an extremely exciting meet, with only 15 points separating 2nd-5th place.

OLAN once again takes the Brooklyn Champs title and the overall league bronze!

Brooklyn Champs

At the 2022-2023 CYO Championships on January 7th, 2023, OLAN once again defended its Brooklyn Champs title, claiming 3rd place in the overall CYO league. Many swimmers achieved personal bests in their events (and we had 100% attendance - always a nice bonus!). Congratulations!

January 2022

OLAN Claims CYO Silver!

Congrats!!

At CYO Championships on January 8th, 2022, OLAN claimed Brooklyn Champs and 2nd place overall in a 10-way meet against extremely serious competition.

AOK blazed ahead of the field into first place, with OLAN clinching silver, managing to move past SEBS for the first time in decades in a fantastic showdown, with some particularly exciting races coming down to mere inches. ANSOLA also came in strong, securing fourth place overall and second place in the Brooklyn division. There were phenomenal performances from all teams involved, especially considering the difficult circumstances of the season.

OLAN Swimming will FINALLY be starting up again this season!

Practices begin on September 20th, with the first tryouts for new swimmers held on September 25th. See the start-of-season email for more details (as well as the Practices, Meets, and Tryouts pages).

Remaining CYO Swim Season Cancelled

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all CYO swimming activities have been cancelled until further notice.

Though this is an unexpected and abrupt change, it nevertheless marks the end of an otherwise exciting and highly successful season. Congrats, Brooklyn Champs, and stay safe!

With a win against St. Francis de Sales on December 6th, OLAN has sealed its title yet again as regular season undefeated Brooklyn Champions! Now only Queens meets and Championships to go - no time to slow down!

2019-2020 Season is Here!

Schedule can be found on the Practices Page. Bi-weekly practices begin 9/7/19 for returning swimmers, while new Novices/Bantams start on 9/9/19 and new Juniors/Seniors start on 9/11/19. Meets will begin in November.
