About The Showcase

Since 2006, the Ohio High School Basketball Coaches Association (OHSBCA) has sponsored this event to showcase some of the best basketball underclassmen in the state of Ohio. Several dozen colleges regularly have coaches in attendance to get a live look at these players as they go through skill stations, small group drills, and 5 on 5 games.

Players are nominated by their head coaches and selected by coaches in each of Ohio's 16 OHSBCA districts. The players are coached throughout the day by outstanding Ohio high school coaches.

With the advent of the new NCAA recruiting calendar, the OHSBCA with the cooperation of the Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA) is holding a one-day event in June to give the best players in Ohio a chance to compete during a time division 1 college coaches can attend and evaluate them.
