This page is shown if the OpenID part works. Note it asks for a password as a backup, however Facebook also enables OpenID logins for this account as long as you reuse the same computer. However the next page after this one is still the addfriends page which then asks the user to scrape their address book even though Facebook has already done the Hybrid mode to get approval to access the user's address book.
