Hi! My name is Mrs. Sloyan. I have been teaching here at Noah's Ark since 2017. I am married and a mother of five beautiful children. I previously worked at the Oak Lawn Park District, Chicago Park District, and the Archdiocese of Chicago. I enjoy spending time with my family, attending their sporting events, vacationing, and watching movies. I love working with the little ones because I am also a big kid at heart!
Welcome to the Preschool Teddy Bear’s Room! The curriculum focus is on name recognition, short vowel sounds, and consonant sounds while enhancing each child’s language development and listening skills. The children will begin basic printing of uppercase and lowercase letters, counting 1-30, number concepts 1-15, color and shape recognition. Circle time, art, science, fine motor activities, and Bible stories are incorporated daily.
