Trustees &Portfolios

There are nine Trustees that represent each of the nine houses. Each Trustee represents the interests of each of the homeowners with respect to the running of the Nyamvubu Trust.  Trustees and /or homeowners hold different portfolios such as Finance and legal, Maintenance, Roads and walking paths, Trout stocking, Energy requirements, Forest including flora and fauna, Environmental assessments, Firebreaks, Staff, Equipment  etc.  Annual meetings are held and occasional adhoc meetings are sometimes called.  Each Trustee carries an equal vote with 5 votes required to pass a resolution.
