I am interested in how matter in our Universe is made up of elementary particles and how matter behaves under extreme conditions, such as the hottest early Universe, the densest compact stars, and supernova explosions.

My recent activities have been focused on (see also my publications):

・ Quantum chromodynamics (QCD)

・ Neutrino physics

・ Astroparticle physics (early Universe, compact stars, supernovae)

・ Generalized symmetries
