School of Mathematics
Thapar University, Patiala

Autumn 2017

Course Description
Numerical Analysis  (MATH UMA007) is a one semester, upper-level module that emphasizes the mathematics used to design numerical methods, and to analyse their properties. Students also experiment with implementing algorithms in Matlab/Octave. Course credit are 4.5. The details are given in the Course Policies.
