Board Game for Mathematics Education

Since 2016, my students and I started to design board games for mathematics education, especially for students in elementary school.

Major topics of these board games include geometry, numeration, and colors.

Reveal four cards on the table from deck
Roll the dice (different combination of dice indicates different rule and can be set according to players)
If the element (colors and shapes) in any one of the cards conforms to the rule by the dice, player can hit the bell and describe the combination
If the combination is correct, the player can pick up the card
Go back to Step 1 and continue the game
The game ends if no more card exists
The player wins the game if he or she has the most number of cards

Roll the dice to get one number and one arithmetic operator
Find the combination of numbers in cards and the arithmetic operator for the number by dice
If the calculation is correct, the player can pick up the card
Go back to Step 1 and continue the game
The game ends if no more card exists
The player wins the game if he or she has the most number of cards
