Clinical Assistant Professor Kruse is a certified speech-language pathologist with expertise in voice and upper airway disorders. She Specializes in voice and upper airway disorders and provides clinical practicum experiences off-campus at an ENT clinic, on-campus for gender-affirming voice therapy and the SPEAK OUT! Program for people with Parkinson's Disease. Professor Kruse teaches an undergraduate class, SLHS 408 - Introduction to Voice, Upper Airway, and Swallowing Disorders.
Hi, my name is Melissa Taylor and I am the Undergraduate Coordinator of SLHS. While I work with faculty, staff, and advising, my priority is working with undergrads. My strengths are developer, connectedness, positivity, discipline, and empathy. These strengths help me to succeed in my job by assisting each of you achieve your goals.
