I'm Erica. I'm 31. I am a wife, a daughter, a friend, a dog owner and an associate MFT. I completed my practicum at Eating Recovery Center and now work at Granite Bay High School as a mental health associate. My experience in therapy and in recovery inspired me to work in the field of psychotherapy.

I am a swimmer, runner and surfer. I grew up in beautiful Santa Cruz, CA and now live in Folsom, CA. I love cooking, kayaking, camping, and watching Netflix shows with my wonderful husband. I am also in recovery from anorexia nervosa.

Your eating disorder does not define you. It masks your true self and confines your life. It robs you of freedom and joy and love. However, it is possible to rediscover your true self. You can break free and live a full, vibrant life.

Thank you for visiting my site of eating disorder recovery. You will find links to my story, resources and inspiration.
