Please read the Application Software Terms of Use (“These Terms”) carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

Article 1 [Purpose

① The definitions of terms used in these Terms and Conditions are as follows. ‘Application’ refers to any program that is downloaded or installed and used through a smart device to use the services provided by the company. ‘User’ means a person who agrees to these Terms and Conditions. This refers to a person who uses all applications and services provided by the company. 'Smart device' refers to a device that can use a network, such as a smartphone or tablet, that can download or install content or use it through a network. ‘Content’ refers to all content, such as text, photos, and pictures, created digitally in relation to the application service provided by the company so that it can be used through smart devices, etc.

② The definitions of terms used in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by relevant laws and regulations, except as provided in Paragraph 1 of this Article. Anything not stipulated in relevant laws and regulations is governed by general commercial practice.

Article 3 Effect and change of terms and conditions

① These terms and conditions apply to the application software and all patches, updates, upgrades or new versions of the application, and the most recent version takes precedence over all existing versions.

② Due to the nature of the service use contract, these terms and conditions are specified on the company's website or in the application for using the service, and take effect as soon as the user installs and runs the application.

③ The Company may revise these Terms and Conditions to the extent that they do not violate relevant laws or commercial practices.

④ The Company may change these Terms and Conditions in order to change relevant laws or improve users' rights and obligations, services, etc., and in case of changes, determine the contents of the Terms and Conditions and the date of application and post them on the Company's official website or official website 7 days prior to the date of application. Article 5 Establishment of service agreement

Article 6 Protection and use of personal information

Article 7 Management and change of personal information

Article 8 Obligations of the Company

① The Company does not engage in any acts prohibited by relevant laws or these Terms and Conditions, and does its best to provide continuous and stable services.

② The company does its best to fulfill its security obligations to protect users’ personal information.

③ If opinions or complaints raised by users are recognized as legitimate and objective, the company must immediately process them through appropriate procedures. However, if immediate processing is not possible, the user must be notified of the reason and processing schedule.

Article 9 User Obligations

① Users must comply with the matters stipulated in these Terms and Conditions, all other regulations established by the Company, and matters announced by the Company. Additionally, users must not engage in any actions that interfere with the company's business or damage the company's reputation.

② Users must comply with relevant laws and regulations, including the Youth Protection Act. If a user violates relevant laws, such as the Youth Protection Act, he or she will be punished in accordance with the relevant laws.

③ Users may not use the service for commercial purposes without prior consent from the company. If such actions cause damage to the company, the user is obligated to compensate the company for the damage, and the company may restrict the use of the service and restrict the use of the service to the user. You can claim compensation for damages through legal procedures.

④ The user is responsible for managing the user's backup data, and should not allow a third party to use it.

⑤ Users must not engage in any of the following acts, and if they do so, the company may impose usage restrictions, including restrictions on the user's use of the service, deletion of related information (text, photos, videos, etc.), and legal action. there is. (8) Acts that cause harm to the service or intentionally interfere with the service

(9) Reproducing information obtained through this service for purposes other than using the service, using it in publications or broadcasting, or providing it to a third party without prior consent of the company.

(10) Transmitting, posting or otherwise distributing to others content that infringes on others’ patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights or other intellectual property rights.

(11) Transmitting, posting or otherwise distributing to others vulgar or obscene information, sentences, shapes, sounds or videos that violate the Youth Protection Act or other laws.

Article 10 Provision of services

① The service use agreement is deemed to have been established when the user agrees to these terms and conditions or downloads or runs the company's application and uses it. However, for some services, the service may start from a designated date depending on the company's needs.

② The Company may provide users with other additional services, including the services stipulated in these Terms and Conditions.

Article 11 Use of Services

① The company provides services using a dedicated application for smart devices, and users can use the service for free by downloading and installing the application.

② When downloading applications or using services through the network, separate fees may be charged as determined by the mobile carrier you subscribe to.

③ In principle, the company provides services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, except in cases where service use is unavailable due to business or technical difficulties.

④ The minimum system requirements required to use the services provided by the company are as follows.

Article 12 Change and suspension of service

① The company may change the services it provides depending on operational or technical needs. Users will be notified in advance of the content and provision date of services that will be changed through the official website or application. However, if there are unavoidable circumstances such as the occurrence of a critical bug, server malfunction, or urgent security issue resolution that the company cannot notify in advance, notification may be made after the fact.

② If it is necessary to suspend all services due to planning or operation of the service, or due to an urgent situation of the company, the Company may suspend provision of the service by announcing this through the official website or application.

③ The company may restrict or suspend all or part of the service in any of the following cases.

(1) In case of force majeure such as war, incident, natural disaster, or national emergency.

(2) When normal service use is disrupted due to power outage, facility failure, or excessive usage, etc.

(3) In unavoidable cases due to construction, such as repair of service facilities.

(4) When the service cannot be provided due to various circumstances of the company.

④ The company is not responsible for any problems arising from changes or suspension of the service.
