Reasons Why A Notary Can’t Notarize a Document:

1. Signer Of Notary Document is not aware of the surroundings or is delusional.

2. Signer can’t understand or comprehend the document.

3. Signer of document does not want to sign the document.

4. The signer of notary documents does not have acceptable identification.

5. The signer of document is not present to sign the document.

Please do not wait till the last minute to get documents notarized. The time to notarize a document is when the signer is willing, understands the document, present to sign the document and has acceptable identification. (Look under acceptable identification.)
