Northview Parent Volunteer Service Challenge
We are asking for all parents to commit to volunteering their at least two hours of their time to any NV service opportunity throughout the school year. It can be in any capacity that is important to you and your student - through the Parent Organization, Band & Orchestra, Choir, Athletics, Theater, Science Olympiad, clubs or any other NV opportunities.
Parent volunteers offer a huge resource and support base for our school community while showing our children the importance of community service.
The more parents we have involved, the better our school community will become! We believe that the endeavors of the Parent Organization are valuable to the student’s academic career. Consider sharing a small amount of your time and talent to help continue these traditions.
Ø Assist in creating an ACT/SAT prep class for students
Ø Assist students/faculty with school beautification projects
Ø Assist with Honors Ceremony and Banquet
Ø Welcoming committee
Ø Volunteer coordination
Ø Staff appreciation lunches
Ø Officer positions
