Pets: Note our pet application form has been updated in Oct 2020. Please ensure you use the latest version (available under Documents)
Registration of sections: A reminder that this process is ongoing and that our appointed conveyancers (Burman Katz Attorneys) may approach affected owners for various information. Please cooperate with their requests so not as to delay this process.
Waste Room: Please ensure that only domestic waste is thrown away in the waste room. This excludes large bulky waste (e.g. old chairs, TV sets etc.), garden refuse, and hazardous waste. These excluded wastes should be taken to the municipal drop-off sites. The closest municipal drop-off site for garden and bulky waste is the Kragga Kamma drop off site (more info here).
Outside lights: A reminder to please ensure that your outside lights, on the street-facing side of your unit, remain on at night. This assists in making the complex more secure.
Water Readings: A reminder that water readings are to be submitted Trafalgar (marnak@trafalgar.co.za) by the 2nd of each month. This information is used by Trafalgar to apportion the water costs for the complex, and hence is important.

Pets are allowed in the complex but only subject to approval by the trustees. Note that in terms of the estate conduct rules:
A formal application must be made, and permission received, before animals are brought into the complex.
A maximum of two animals will be considered
Only small dogs (shoulder height of 30cm or less) will be considered
Only animals that have been sterilised will be considered
