The Gerald N. Lanier Student Forum gives graduate students from the northeastern U.S. and the eastern Canada a friendly and relaxed setting in which to practice their presentation skills, and it affords an opportunity to discuss their work with practitioners and other scientists.
Each student is given 10 minutes for their presentation followed by 3 minutes for questions. The top three presentations receive a prize.
