ENTRY FORM NON-MEMBERS
Initial Entry will be a Digital submission using “Wetransfer"

A total of FOUR works must be submitted to the Selection Committee before:

ALL WORKS MUST BE SENT TO THE ANNUAL EXHIBITION SECRETARY USING:

The Entry Form below together with the £10.00 payment, cash or cheque payable to Northampton Town and County Art Society
needs to be posted to :

on or before Friday, 12th September 2025
Please note applications beyond this date cannot be accepted and also the process has to be followed, Posted form and Payment and wetransfer files.
Do not wetransfer the entry form, please POST this with the Payment.

To Send your 4 Images:
Go to https://wetransfer.com/send a file (This works on a computer or a phone)
You do not need to open an account or use the professional version.
Go to select a file. Choose your files. (Your files should be at least 2mb)
Go to Transfer and send to richard388allen@btinternet.com
A verification code will be sent to your email, type this in to verify and the files will be sent.
It will tell you when they are received.
This is a very easy process which allows you send large files.
After the selection, you will be informed about the results.
Those selected will be asked to submit their work framed professionally and with mirror plates for hanging, to the Gallery on Monday 3rd November, 10.00 - 14.00
(Framing deemed to be inadequate and without attached mirror plates could result in work being rejected.

4 feet by 5 feet (121.92 cm by 152.4 cm)
