WEEKENDS AT HOSTELS: The full cost to be paid to the organiser at the point of booking if the group is smaller than 16 people. All weekends away will include a walk on one or both days unless otherwise indicated.
DEPOSITS: Where deposits are taken for events of more than 16 people, they will not be repayable unless the member cancels well in advance and the group does not incur any loss as a consequence of the cancellation.
