Rates

 Deposit

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required. Full payment must be made at least 4 weeks prior to arrival.  Tenants are to leave the house as they found it in a clean and tidy state and will be held liable for any breakages and damages caused during their stay including but not restricted to the value of the deposit.

Cancellations

50% of the booking fee will be refunded for cancellations up and to 21 days prior to booking.
