2. English Certificate Issue
If candiates submit the English cirtificate before application deadline, they do not need to submit additional English cirtificate and they can receive thier degrees.
IIf candidates cannot submit their English test results before the application deadline, they must submit an additional document: a 'Letter of Verification of Research Capability' signed by both myself and the Dean.
In this case, the candidates must still submit a valid English certificate later to graduate and receive their degrees.Â
