Dear Clerks, Deputy Clerks, Retirees and Associate Members,

It’s membership renewal time! Attached is the 2021-2022 Membership Registration Form. Please return your completed registration form and

payment to me by September 1, or, bring it to the dinner meeting scheduled for September 9, 2021. Please include your email as that is our

primary mode of communication.

Membership in our association provides you with an experienced network of professionals who share key knowledge and ideas. Over dinner and a

short program, you can network, get informed about the latest issues, and find out how clerks from other municipalities solve problems and handle

matters that affect us all. If you are a new Clerk or Deputy, this is a great way to network and learn. If you know a non-member Clerk or Deputy, kindly forward this letter or

reach out and invite them to our next meeting, or to join our organization, or, provide me with their information and I will invite them.

Our first meeting of the 2021-2022 “year” will be Thursday, September 9, 2021 in Forest Park. The location and agenda are forthcoming. We look

The Municipal Clerks’ Association of North and Northwest Suburbs, Cook County, Illinois is a professional, non-profit organization that promotes efficiency in the Clerks’ offices through continuing education, networking and affiliation with municipal clerks in the Cook County Clerk’s Office,  MCI (Municipal Clerks of Illinois), and IIMC (International Institute of Municipal Clerks).
