The Municipal Clerks' Association of the North and Northwest Suburbs, Cook County, Illinois is a professional organization that promotes efficiency in the Clerks' offices through continuing education, networking and affiliation with municipal clerks in the Cook County Clerk's Office, MCI (Municipal Clerks of Illinois) and IIMC (International Institute of Municipal Clerks).
