Important Information
- All Coaches and Unified Partners must be cleared as a Class A Volunteer in order to participate.
- All athletes must have a current, valid Athlete Application for Participation approved and on file in accordance with SONV application policies.
- Housing will be provided for teams that are traveling a distance of 125 miles or more. Teams will be housed based on the current SONV Housing Policy. The SONC/SONV Housing Policy changed as of 12/12/18. To view/download the new Housing Policy, click here.
- All spectators must remain off of the lanes at all times.
Coaches Notes
- Head coaches must have copies of athlete applications on hand at all times.
- Please make sure that parents and caregivers do not enter the lane area.
- Please make sure that athletes stay in their assigned lanes until after awards have been given.
- Refrain from possession, consumption and use of alcohol, tobacco, or illegal drugs at all times.
- Follow the intent and spirit of established duties, rules, and responsibilities established by Special Olympics Nevada and Special Olympics, Incorporated.
- Abide by the Coach's Code of Conduct.
- Divisioning: There will be no bowling handicaps for 2019. Athletes will be divisioned based on age, gender and scratch score.
