history and settings is remembered between application restart
default number of tests is now 10
exam not added to the history when Back button is pressed
better look and feel, colored buttons
improved button alingment on mobile (Android) devices
fixed date and time format in the history view
removed spinner from main input (Firefox)
upgraded to new Cordova 3.5.0 (Android version)
minor fixes
Known issues:
input in the Settings is covered with Android keyboard (usually fixed once typing starts)
