You MUST provide a citation for every source (article, website, database, book, etc.) you use in your research on a "Works Cited" page or slide.
Every image and video you include in your site must also be cited.
Articles you find in our eBooks and databases "cite themselves" for you. These citations are almost always at the bottom of the article (and you only have to copy and paste them into your "Works Cited" page or whatever document you are using to keep track of your sources.) Sometimes these tools will also have a "Cite This" or "How to Cite This" button on their page which you can click.
You will need to provide citations for the websites, books and images you use yourself. This can be done very easily using an online citation generator website like NOODLETOOLS:

Fill out as much as you can on form including:
Name of website
URL
Date of access
Descriptive title
Click SAVE
YouTube Video Clips
Select WEBSITE
Select VIDEO CLIP (online)
Fill out:
URL of your selected YouTube video
Click TODAY for most recent date of access
TITLE of video clip
Name of WEBSITE (for example, YouTube)
Contributor(s) – “posted by”
When you are finished citing all your sources, you can EXPORT them (into Word or Google Docs) as a perfectly formatted Works Cited page!
