Coconut Mango Smoothie


RECIPE:

178 cals/7g total fat/2g saturated fat/22g carb/9g sugar/15g protein/6g fiber


1/2 cup 0% plain Greek yogurt

1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

4 teaspoons Swerve granulated sugar or 2 packets of Truvia sweetener.

2 drops coconut extract

1/4 cup chopped mango

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut

In a bowl combine yogurt through extract. Cover and refrigerate overnight. In the morning top with mango and coconut.
