New Jersey Alpha Zeta celebrated the end of another successful year with a dinner at Chapter President Rita D'Andra's home.Members welcomed Sue McDowell from Lambda chapter and State President, Deborah McLaughlin.
NJ Alpha Zeta prepared 51 Easter Baskets to be distributed by St Gregory's Food Pantry. It has become a tradition, each spring for the members to set aside time during the regular monthly meeting to create Easter Baskets to be given to local children in the towns of Point Pleasant Beach and Point Pleasant Borough. The baskets contain toys, games, books, and, of course candy.

Painting Party Fund-Raiser
The members of New Jersey Alpha Zeta and their friends, spent a fun evening enjoying a Scholarship Fund Raiser. Members engaged in painting the same given beach scene. The result of each painting turned out to be as unique as each member. The event took place at Cindy's Timeless Creations.
Tibetan Women's Soccer Presentation
At the regular monthly meeting on January 10th 2017, NJ Alpha Zeta sisters met Cassie Childers. Cassie came to speak to the members about her inspirational journey in creating the first Tibetan Women’s Soccer Team.

NJ Alpha Zeta Chapter enjoyed a Christmas Social at the Off-Shore in Point Pleasant Beach. As usual the evening's weather didn't cooperate, but it didn't seem to dampen anyone's good time.

NJ Alpha Zeta sisters joined New Jersey Alpha Delta Kappa members on May 21, 2016 for The 5th Annual Walkathon for Mary's Place by the Sea. Women with cancer are welcome at Mary's Place as guests. Services include Nutritional Counseling, Oncological Massage, Group Workshops, and more.
