Welcome to Niwot Track & Field 2025

The Niwot Track & Field Program has earned a tremendous amount of success in the past decade. This success was a byproduct of hard work, dedication and commitment by many athletes, coaches, parents, and fans. The tradition is not merely winning races or events, but rather, each individual working for self-improvement here as well as in the classroom. This standard is what has made Niwot Track and Field Program a top program in the state of Colorado. 

The Niwot track and field program requires donations in order pay meet fee's and bussing. The support we get from out parents and alum helps us to give the athletes as many opportunities as we can to compete. To Donate to Niwot track click here.

 The 2023 Order Form for track and field apparel. This form will be our team store for Track this spring. Every team member needs to purchase the white Niwot Track shirt. Everything else on the team store will be optional.  IF ANY ATHLETE NEEDS THE GREY TEAM HOODIE THEY NEED TO TURN CHECK FOR $40 DOLLARS MADE OUT TO "Niwot Track"  Please turn into the front office. If you were on the team last spring you don't need the grey hoodie. 

The goal of your coaches is to teach you that track, and field is a fun sport and a lifetime sport. This year we will concentrate on training fundamentals and gaining the skills necessary to grow as individuals and improve as a team. 

Code of Conduct:

You should always be courteous and polite. Respect your teammates and competitors.  Foul language will not be tolerated.

Niwot Team Reminders

1. Help each other be right, not wrong.

2. Look for ways to make new ideas work, not for reasons they won’t.

3. If in doubt, check it out! Don’t make assumptions about each other.

4. Help each other win and take pride in each other’s victories.

5. Speak positively about each other and about your team at every opportunity.

6. Maintain a positive mental attitude no matter what the circumstances.

7. Act with initiative and courage, as if all depends on you.

8. Do everything with enthusiasm; it’s contagious.

9. Don’t lose faith.

10. Have Fun!

Track and Field athletes are expected to show respect for those in authority including 

administration, coaches, parents, and team leaders. Athletes are also expected to adhere to 

all CHSAA, District, and Niwot rules. Ignorance of the rules will not be accepted as an 

excuse; it is your responsibility to inform yourself. If you are unclear about any rule don’t

hesitate to ask. This may help you avoid any rule violations

Uniforms

Each team member is given a team uniform (singlet) and warmups. These uniforms and warmups are the property of Niwot High School and must be returned in good condition at the end of the season. Uniforms and Niwot track grey hoodie top along with black bottoms must be worn to all meets. To promote team unity, it is highly recommended that all team members purchase the Light Grey Hoodie. Please bring check made out to Niwot Track for $40 with student name and size and give to our Athletic Secretary Danielle Maloit in the front office. 

Spring in Colorado can be unpredictable and meets can change due to snow/rain/hail storms, we will do our best to keep you updated thru the team app, email and will post on the web site.
