The citation exhibit can contain 3 sections:
Overview
Statistics regarding the number of citations from different sources (SCOPUS, ResearchGate, Scholar google or other official/recognized sources can be used)
Mention other citations in magazines and other media
List of citations
List of papers citing your work (from one of the source - SCOPUS for example)
Excerpts
Only some pages need to be included: the front page, the pages where the petitioner's work is cited and the list of reference where the citation itself appears. On each page, the relevant section or citation should be highlighted. It can be good to select only the most interesting citations that explain how the work of the petitioner is used or that explicitly discuss why it is groundbreaking.
