President
Christopher is a senior at Northern Illinois University, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Economics. He is also enrolled in the accelerated M.S. in Finance program focusing on a certification in Financial Risk Management. Christopher’s relevant course work includes both the NIU Student Managed Portfolio as a senior analyst and the Options Trading Practicum. Since May 2015 he has served in the Illinois Army National Guard and is currently serving as a Sergeant within a field artillery howitzer section. Christopher also holds the positions of Vice President of Financial Management Association and serves on the e-board of the Finance Student Advisory Board.
Vice President
Hadeon is a junior finance major at Northern Illinois University, pursuing an accelerated M.S./B.S. in finance. Hadeon is deeply involved within the College of Business being the President of the Financial Management Association, Vice President of the Investment Association, Student Representative of the Undergraduate Curriculum Committee, and a Student Worker in the NIU Finance Department. Hadeon has competed in the Eller Ethics Case Competition at the University of Arizona for two consecutive years. Hadeon has also accepted an offer to be a Commercial Banking Intern at Wintrust Financial Corporation.
Treasurer
Cristian is a sophomore at Northern Illinois University, pursuing a B.S. in accountancy and finance pursuing a certificate in Financial Planning. Cristian is involved with the College of Business by attending the Investment Association for four semesters and being part of a consulting team for the ELC this semester. Outside of NIU Cristian is part of a non-profit organization that provides consulting services to family-owned businesses.
Operations Chair
Nicholas is a junior at Northern Illinois University, majoring in finance with a minor in business analytics. He demonstrates strong leadership and financial acumen through roles such as the Deputy Treasurer of the Student Government Association, Founder and President of Order of Omega, and Treasurer for Sigma Nu Fraternity. As Operations Chair of the Investment Association for two consecutive years, he has successfully managed portfolio competitions. With a passion for quantitative analysis and risk management, Nicholas aspires to secure a role as a credit analyst position at a commercial bank, leveraging his academic background and leadership experience.
P.A.C.K Leader
Griffin is an undergraduate student at NIU, pursuing a Bachelor's of Science in Finance with a minor in Economics. He’s a veteran of the Investment Association as has been a part of it for 5 semesters, 4 of which he was on the executive board. Griffin is also the Finance Manager of Barsema’s Closet, an affordable professional clothing store in the COB. He is looking to become a financial analyst after completing his Bachelor's degree in May 2026.
