End-user perspective

End-user Perspective

The "perspective" pages represent your view on customer value for each of your major stakeholder groups. You can adjust the page titles to your specific stakeholder groups.

We advise you to use https://www.strikingly.com/ to create a one page website specifically targeted at the stakeholder group you want to relay to.

The end-user perspective page can be seen as the landing page for your end users. The page should not be about you, but about your end users. Use the Abell Analysis to identify your end users, appeal to their needs and wants and provide the perfect solution to their needs and wants. Customers landing on the page should be able to determine:

    • Is this website for me?

    • does it cater for my (hidden) needs and wants?

    • are my fears and anxieties taken into account?

    • what solutions are provided for my needs and wants?

    • what is the value proposition?

Use graphics, illustrations and video to illustrate your proposition.
